CONNECT WITH LOUISE

Portrait sessions are up to 3 hours long which gives everyone a chance to relax as well as giving the opportunity to take photographs at a variety of locations. I like to keep the sessions informal and fun and it is amazing how quickly the time passes. I recommend that we start at your home before switching to a couple of other locations such as a local park or the beach. There are many options and this is something we will chat about at the pre-session consultation.

I always tell clients that it does not take much for me to make a great photograph a small area in your hallway or living room, a patch of tall grass, a field of flowers, a row of trees. But it is important that you be receptive to my ideas, even if you may be thinking, "wait, why is she posing us HERE? " You hired me as your photographer because you liked what you saw either with a friend's session or on my web site. And when you trust me, then you will like what you see as the end result of YOUR session too! And if you're open to fun ideas (going for a play in the park, down at the beach or ice cream cones!) then even better!

Portrait photography sessions are available from £95, with final images presented in a range of hand crafted Queensberry Albums and bespoke wall art (wall art available from £98, Queensberry Demi Albums from £295).

PORTRAIT PHOTOGRAPHY SESSIONS

Time does not stand still, those moments that bring us such joy become memories in an instant and to capture those moments forever is a privilege.

Whether it is the love of a family, a walk in your favourite park or the first kiss as a newly married couple, each occasion deserves to be remembered.

I love getting to know people and working with my camera but for me the greatest reward is to see how my photography allows people to relive their most treasured moments and experience again the emotions they felt at the time: the eyes twinkle, the smile sneaks out and then come the tears of joy.

For me this is one of the great pleasures of portrait photography.
